Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of LeadSprings Media LLC ("LeadSprings"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services Description

LeadSprings provides B2B lead generation services including prospect research, outbound outreach campaigns, appointment setting, and related customer acquisition consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and terms are defined in individual client service agreements.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
• Respond to communications within agreed timeframes
• Use delivered leads only for lawful business purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws governing their outreach activities
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary campaign methodologies

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Invoices are due within 15 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. LeadSprings reserves the right to suspend services for accounts more than 30 days past due.

5. Intellectual Property

All campaign strategies, methodologies, templates, and processes developed by LeadSprings remain the intellectual property of LeadSprings Media LLC. Client-specific deliverables (prospect lists, campaign reports) are licensed to the client for internal business use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

LeadSprings makes no guarantee of specific lead volumes or revenue outcomes. Our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service period in which the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. LeadSprings may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or conduct that violates applicable laws. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
